Intro

How do you unite a fragmented global titan?
By creating a scalable visual system built to transform experiences across every market.

Omnicom Media Group (OMG) is a global titan in the media industry, yet the brand faced significant fragmentation across its regional markets. To align the network under a unified "Transform Experiences" mission, we executed a comprehensive brand refresh designed for global consistency.

Scalability is the core driver of this transformation. We modernized the logo by correcting previous optical flaws and developed a responsive system that adapts to any platform. A library of flexible illustrations, icons, and spatial gradient fields where 3D elements could live also supports flexibility and play for the brand. With simple material distortion and cropping, these 3D environments generated hundreds of unique assets for both motion and still applications. Combined with a custom typeface created in collaboration with TypeJuice™, the new identity is as bold as it is responsive.

To ensure a seamless global launch, we created extensive brand guidelines and asset libraries all housed on a global hub. We empowered local teams by deploying Canva workspaces for independent content creation, while establishing a brand ambassador program to oversee external creative and guarantee brand integrity within each market.

This project marked my first time leading a global refresh, and its success and impact could not have been possible without the incredible team credited below.
